WILL EMPIRE ARTISTRY TRAVEL TO OUR WEDDING VENUE?

Absolutely! Please provide details of your venue location in your enquiry form so we can provide you with an accurate quote including the travel fee.
ARE EMPIRE ARTISTRY AVAILABLE FOR ELOPEMENTS AND LARGER BOOKINGS?

We sure are. Please ensure you provide all of the details as part of your enquiry so we can accurately quote you. We have an incredible extended team of freelancers who join us on location for larger groups, so that we can complete the booking without being rushed.
SHOULD I BOOK A TRIAL FOR MY BRIDAL HAIR AND MAKEUP?

We strongly encourage our brides to book a trial to ensure we achieve our ultimate goal of delivering you a stress-free wedding day. We will aim to finalise your preferred style choices for the day, so that we can ensure you're feeling completely comfortable and confident going into the main event.
HOW DO I SECURE EMPIRE ARTISTRY FOR MY PREFERRED DATE?

Start with submitting an enquiry form and include as much information as you can. We will let you know if we have any further questions before sending you back a quote and if you choose to go ahead, we will request a deposit payment. Once received, your date is secured and we will count down the days until we get to bring your dream look to life!
MY WEDDING DATE HAS CHANGED. CAN I RESCHEDULE OUR EMPIRE ARTISTRY BOOKING?

We try our best to be flexible and if we're available and you've provided adequate notice, you can reschedule your booking free of charge.
I WANT TO GET HAIR EXTENSIONS FOR MY SPECIAL DAY - DO EMPIRE ARTISTRY OFFER THIS SERVICE?

Our fave! We love adding show-stopping length and volume with hair extensions and have extensive experience in working with both clip-in and tape varieties. We can supply your extensions, however please ensure you provide this information in your enquiry form so we can provide an accurate quote.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR WEDDINGS AND SPECIAL EVENTS?

It's important to submit an enquiry to receive an accurate quote for your event. Regardless of whether you are seeking a bridal or special event service, we maintain an unwavering commitment to quality. Our services and prices are updated frequently and packages are carefully formulated to reflect our skill whilst remaining reasonable. As a guide, bridal prices start at $150 per service (1 hour) and formals are charged at $115 per service (45 minutes).
